A Bug’s Life (1998)

Entertaining computer-animated fantasy epic of a misfit ant who with the help of the queen’s daughter aspires to liberate the colony from oppressive grasshopper terrorists. Note the superficial similarity to Antz, a more sophisticated film for an older audience, which was released at almost exactly the same time by archrival studio DreamWorks.
